Hillary Clinton is back in action on the political scene with a new organization Onward Together that seeks to take forward the progressive vision of her 2016 election season, which saw Donald Trump win the presidency in one of the biggest upsets.

Clinton used email and social media platform twitter to tell Americans of her latest initiative, promising to channel into the “remarkable” spirit of political activism.

She listed our five priority areas for the organization in  a tweet : “@IndivisibleTeam @swingleft @ColorOfChange .@EmergeAmerica is training diverse Democratic women candidates, and thousands of young people have signed up to @runforsomething.”

“I believe more fiercely than ever that citizen engagement at every level is central to a strong and vibrant democracy,” she wrote.

“To support this wave of grassroots organizing, we’re launching Onward Together, an organization dedicated to advancing the progressive vision that earned nearly 66 million votes in the last election. Onward Together will work to build a brighter future for generations to come by supporting groups that encourage people to organize and run for office.”
