Remember ‘Time After Time’! Or, perhaps, there is no need to remember since the song has always been with music lovers ever since its launch as part of She’s So Unusual album in 1983.
If the song is so popular, so should be the singer, Cindi Lauper with her characteristic appearances, hair of many colors and eccentric clothing.
After two Grammys, Prime Time Emmy Award, a Tony Award and countless accolades for her super four-octave voice, the pop star has been inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame.
Cindi is among the 2025 group of remarkable singers to find a place in the Rock Hall Museum in Cleveland, Ohio, as announced by the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame Foundation.
The song “Time After Time” is one of Rolling Stone’s 500 Best Songs of All Time.
Other inductees feature Bad Company, Chubby Checker, Joe Cocker, Outkast, Soundgarden, and The White Stripes.
The 2025 Influencer awardees include Salt-n-Pepa and Warren Zevon.
Also, honored with Musical Excellence Award are Thom Bell, Nicky Hopkins and Carol Kaye.
