Coldplay’s latest lyric video “Miracles (Someone Special)” celebrates America’s generous tradition of taking in immigrants from around the world.
The video features an album of immigrants as diverse as Africans, Asians, Muslims and Europeans and speaks of their arrival in the United States with hope in their hearts and glitter in their eyes.
The release features Big Sean off the new EP Kaleidoscope.
The line “You will go further than we’ve ever gone,” sums up the optimism that fills immigrants upon reaching the American shore.
Picture after picture speaks about the beauty of American diversity, underlining the coexistence of people from all backgrounds, and a coming together of cultures with the American Dream of doing better in life.
