AsianFest, scheduled to be held on September 9 in Virginia, will not be just like any other business event but an opportunity to anchor business development on cultural and food connections.
We have designed the event in a way that will offer a lively and festive atmosphere where attendees can immerse themselves in the vibrant traditions, performances, art display, activities, business networking, and flavors of various Asian countries, says the head of the hosts Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Cindy Shao.
The Chamber will organize the event with the sponsorship of the Loudon County Chamber of Commerce and is open to businesses from the metro area.
“We have a lot of vendor tables and sponsorship opportunities. We are heartened by the initial response, but those working hard as startups and brand new businesses like restaurants, have a huge opportunity to take their networking and business prospects to the next level,” Dr Shao said.
The AACC, which has members from diverse communities in Northern Virginia, has been trying to mix business with cultural participation.
“By merging the joy of cultural celebration with the power of networking, ASIANFEST elevates the concept of business events to a new level. It blends the art of building connections with the artistry of Asian cultures, resulting in a harmonious symphony of growth and togetherness,” she remarked.
Stone Manor Boutique Inn and Noel Pro Sound LLC are also among the sponsors of the festive event.
